Job summary

Benchmark Construction Company is looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead projects from bid prep through post-construction, based in Lancaster, PA. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and client relations with a cross-functional team.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will supervise on-site activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide projects to successful completion on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of construction principles, engineering practices, management strategies, and applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, uphold quality, and achieve profitability goals.
• Exceed client expectations, embodying and enhancing Brent Benchmark Construction Company’s values and reputation.
• Coordinate field activities with office and administrative duties for efficient project execution.
• Lead opening of new projects, organize start-up paperwork, and guide projects from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
• Work with the project superintendent to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee monthly payment applications and ensure prompt payment processes.
