Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of accounting experience or equivalent office-related experience.
• Strong cost analysis, accounting, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Sage Construction and Procore a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Numbers: maintain detailed job cost information for profitability.
• Manage Project Financials: contracts, change orders, billing, and cost data.
• Keep Billing Moving: support mid-month and month-end invoicing.
• Analyze & Reconcile: review job cost reports and identify discrepancies.
• Partner with Project Teams: resolve accounting questions with project managers.
• Protect Accuracy: follow policies to ensure timely, reliable reporting.
• Improve the Process: seek opportunities to improve accounting processes.
• Deliver Great Service: be a responsive financial partner for teams and clients.
