Qualifications

• 10–15 years of construction/project management experience.
• Proven track record managing ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
• Demonstrated success managing large $50M+ complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects through all phases including pre-construction and closeout.
• Ensure completion of financial processes, budgets, and reports.
