Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience building projects specifically in commercial, hospitality, hotel, sports arenas, and healthcare.
• Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy during pre-construction.
• Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing to ensure project profitability.
• Maintaining an updated and accurate project schedule.
• Completing all financial data to identify potential issues.
• Developing relationships to enhance customer service.
