• 6–10 years of commercial construction experience, including at least three years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project from contract execution through completion, guiding client relations and project team.
• Plan, organize, and administer owner contracts and all subcontract agreements, monitoring costs, schedule, changes, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with the field Superintendent to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work and timely procurement of labor, materials, and subcontractors.
