Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. PMP is a plus; a valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience with Federal/DoD construction is a bonus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strategic thinking to align projects with organizational goals.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop plans, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
