You will oversee project phases, bid and negotiate subcontractor contracts, and manage the project team, safety, and schedule to meet targets and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction on ground-up projects.
• Experience with light industrial, retail, hospitality, municipal or educational sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to manage safety and scheduling.
• Experience in subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

• Oversee the successive phases of projects.
• Subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations for projects.
• Project team selection, management and development.
• Overall safety and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Institute and oversee all procedures required for the work to be completed according to schedule.
• Interaction and communication with owner, architect, engineers and subcontractors.
