Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing building construction projects.
• Proficiency in Google Email and Calendar, Co Construct and Box.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Professional Client and Trade / Sub Contractor Relationship Management.
• Knowledge of construction documents, building technology, building safety protocol and OSHA regulations.
• Must be located on Maui at time of application.
• Hours: Full-time
• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• Health Insurance including Vision and Dental.
• Paid Holiday and Paid Leave. Paid Leave requires a one year "waiting" period.

Responsibilities

• Manage final budgets and cost tracking for each project.
• Coordinate with Project Architect, Superintendent, and Operations team.
• Review and secure client approval for Change Orders and contracts.
• Create and monitor project schedules, milestones and deadlines.
• Order and coordinate material procurement with suppliers and trades.
• Ensure turnover documents and as-built drawings are filed upon project completion.
