Job summary

Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for our Houston team to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will drive cost and schedule performance, coordinate with field operations, procurement, and clients, and mentor junior staff. You will oversee subcontractor procurement, change orders, billing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with contract terms, insurance, and lien waivers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a PM with a wastewater or civil contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive cost and schedule performance and client relationships.
• Coordinate CPM schedule with field operations and procurement timelines.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and purchasing aligned to scope and budget.
• Prepare monthly draw requests and manage billing and collections.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, insurance, lien waivers and reporting.
