The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Borough Based Jails (BBJ) Division seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager. The selected candidate will manage complex capital commitment projects, review proposed projects, work with Sponsor Agencies, oversee projects from conception to close-out, and coordinate among various stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing schedules, supervising construction staff, addressing issues, reviewing change orders, and ensuring projects meet the Agency’s objectives.

At least six years of experience in complex construction project management, schedule and cost management, with strong organizational, computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
