Turner Construction Co. is seeking an experienced leader to manage day-to-day project operations at the Columbus Main division site in Columbus, OH.

This salaried exempt role reports to a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive and requires heavy interaction with clients, staff development, and strict adherence to budgets and schedules. The position emphasizes contract administration, safety, and QA/QC, with opportunities to influence community relations and drive Turner's standards of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, plus accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the project.
• Develop and mentor project staff and maintain performance appraisals.
• Build client relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
• Understand and administer Turner’s contract and subcontract agreements.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee QA/QC and safety programs on site.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, design teams, and vendors as needed.
• Provide leadership to enforce Turner's ethics and compliance programs.
