Job summary

Nabholz Corporation in Tulsa seeks an experienced construction leader to oversee projects from preconstruction through warranty. You will ensure client satisfaction, project quality, cost control and schedule adherence while collaborating with Project Superintendents and Engineers.

Expect to drive safety, manage budgets, develop plans, and maintain strong client relations, with a focus on integrity and service in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Understand commercial construction means, methods and materials.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Willing to speak before groups during interviews and presentations.
• OSHA 30-hour training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nabholz in business development, community and industry events.
• Lead project development through Preconstruction with department support.
• Develop project management plan including safety, quality, and site logistics.
• Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with project team and safety staff to ensure safe execution with goal of zero incidents.
• Manage all financial aspects from setup to monthly billings and closeout.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and designers.
• Provide team leadership internally and externally.
• Promote safe project execution and proactive planning.
• Forecast final project costs and manage budgets.
• Handle daily multi-tasking with strong organizational skills.
