Job summary

Logan Pass Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality.

You will mentor project staff, collaborate with owners, designers, and trade partners, and uphold excellence. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects exceeding $40M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Ability to travel to support project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, technically complex data center and mission-critical construction projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with preconstruction for estimating, bid packages, and planning.
• Serve as primary client point of contact, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager serves as a key leader on the project team, providing strategic direction, mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with owners, designers, and trade partners while upholding the company’s values and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or

• Proven ability to successfully deliver projects exceeding $40M+.
