Job summary

R&H Construction in Portland, OR is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from $100,000 to $15,000,000. You will coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, drive project delivery, and mentor junior staff.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk, and safety, while maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities within a 50-mile radius. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in construction/architecture/engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years progressive construction project leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact between owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors, and project team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Identify owner goals and ensure project team understands them.
• Oversee schedule, budget, changes, and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate safety and compliance across sites.
