Job summary

R&H Construction in Portland, OR is seeking a General Foreman to lead field crews and coordinate all trades on buildings projects generally $10M+ in size. You will oversee safety, quality control, scheduling and on-site logistics with supervisors reporting to you.

You will drive planning, manage labor and materials, and ensure compliance with project documentation, while mentoring crew members and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive field experience in multiple divisions of work.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering management or equivalent + 3 years construction experience.
• OSHA 10 Hour Certification; OSHA 30 preferred; safety training knowledge.
• Commercial construction safety knowledge and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and R&H crews; assist superintendent with performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality and timeliness of work on site.
