Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a construction delivery team, typically including an Executive, Estimator, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Engineers, and Project Accountant.
• Facilitate the submittal process throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of materials and proper installation.
• Coordinate documentation between the architect, engineers, owner, and the project delivery team, including subcontractors.
• Resolve field issues and questions promptly with the project team.
• Review project plans and proposals, develop project objectives, determine responsibilities, and sequence project phases.
• Prepare and distribute project descriptions and timelines, manage schedules for various construction projects.
• Present procedures, rules, and regulations; maintain a safe, clean, and productive environment.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations to maintain project integrity and reputation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ten (10) years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to lead projects independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• A valid driver's license.
