Job summary

Hill International, a leading project and construction management firm, seeks a Sr. Program Manager in Los Angeles, CA.

You will lead large-scale capital programs from planning through closeout using CMGC methods, liaising with executives and clients to ensure budget, schedule, and quality targets are met. You will manage design teams, preconstruction, procurement, and construction activities with a focus on mission-critical facilities, public-sector projects, and complex stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of progressively responsible experience managing major facility construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up facilities valued at $100M+.
• Minimum 10 years of CMGC/CMAR/Design-Build or similar delivery experience.
• Certifications such as PE, PMP, CCM, RA, or LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner’s representative and primary contact for executive stakeholders and project partners.
• Lead planning, permitting, design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and closeout of major capital projects.
• Manage budget, schedule, quality, risk, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate CMGC procurement, contractor selection, and GMP development.
