Senior Construction Project Manager (Operations Lead)

Key Interiors is seeking a senior construction leader to take ownership of our operations department and help scale a fast‑growing, design‑build firm specializing in premium commercial and life science environments.

• Lead and oversee all construction operations (PMs + Superintendents)
• Manage department budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Drive scheduling, cost control, and field execution excellence
• Mentor and develop project management and field teams
• Partner with leadership on growth strategy and resource planning

• $130K–$150K+ (based on results)

• 10+ years in commercial construction (senior leadership role)

• Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)
• Design‑build or life science/lab experience is a plus
