Ernst Brothers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our most demanding luxury residential and commercial projects from contract through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are exceeded. You'll mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, sharpen systems, and help set the standard for Ernst Brothers' quality across teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience with success leading complex projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability to grow other PMs.
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.
• Luxury residential or commercial construction experience preferred; advanced Procore experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's most complex and high-profile projects from contract through completion, anticipating challenges before they become problems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile or complex client relationships, leading with confidence, transparency, and professionalism.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, sharing hard-won experience and helping them grow.
• Own project financials — budgets, forecasting, procurement, and profitability — while identifying and solving risks early.
• Strengthen the documentation, Procore usage, and SOPs that keep every project team performing at a high level.
• Help elevate the Operations team as a whole, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement across the department.
