Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact for communication with Owners and Design Teams.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with subcontractors to resolve conflicts.
• Assist in development of estimates and bid proposals.
• Mentor supporting team members including Project Engineers.
• Manage close-out documentation and financial closeout process.
