Qualifications
3 - 5 years' experience in project management or construction industry.
OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
Proficient in cost management and scheduling software.
Responsibilities
Serve as a main point of contact for communication with Owners and Design Teams.
Coordinate weekly meetings with subcontractors to resolve conflicts.
Assist in development of estimates and bid proposals.
Mentor supporting team members including Project Engineers.
Manage close-out documentation and financial closeout process.
