Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to manage on-site project information for our Utica, NY projects. You will coordinate with subs, vendors and design teams, and maintain RFIs, submittals and safety documents.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, reporting to stakeholders, and supporting the Project Engineer Academy and site safety programs. A bachelor's degree in engineering or construction-related field is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6 and Procore preferred.

Mansioni

• Document control: manage and distribute project documentation to team and subs.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals, track responses and approvals in Procore.
• Maintain safety documentation and site safety walk-throughs with team.
• Track material deliveries and update delivery logs and schedules.
• Generate meeting agendas and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client, design team, subcontractors and vendors.
