Job summary

WxTite LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager to support the Project Executive and team across client development, bidding, and project delivery. You will lead initiatives from estimating through project close, ensuring on-time, under-budget completion with strict safety and quality standards.

The role requires 5–10 years in construction or a related degree, strong communication, and solid financial management skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a construction-related industry or related degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience; business development skills a plus.
• Strong understanding of project financial management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, retain clients, and secure referrals through strong relationship management and industry involvement.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, manage submittals, subcontractors, and pre-construction documentation.
• Lead multiple projects with a focus on timely, under-budget completion while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with AP/AR, payroll, forecasting, expense reports, and project reporting using current software tools.
• Partner with internal teams, subcontractors, and field staff to maintain smooth project workflows.
• Uphold safety protocols, implement quality control measures, and document all compliance and field conditions.
• Conduct regular sites visits, oversee jobsite logistics, and manage project reporting and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability.
