WxTite seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial restoration projects (water intrusion and reconstruction) and drive on-time, on-budget outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The role includes mentoring junior staff, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• 6+ years of construction-related experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring project teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Procore to track progress and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial restoration projects ensuring safety, scope, and financial goals.
• Apply expertise in water intrusion remediation and rebuild scopes.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution including schedules, budgets, submittals, billings, and QC.
• Mentor junior PMs, technicians, and crew leads.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and referrals; support sales goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Prepare project docs, estimates, contracts, POs, and cost forecasts.
• Utilize Procore, HH2, and MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Track progress, monitor equipment readings, and generate daily reports.

As a successful Project Manager you will:

• Oversee multiple commercial restoration projects — water intrusion and reconstruction — ensuring adherence to safety standards, scope specifications, and financial goals.
• Apply expert knowledge of structural water intrusion remediation protocols and reconstruction/rebuild scopes.
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution, including schedules, budgets, submittals, billings, and quality control across mitigation and rebuild phases.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers, technicians, and crew leads; contribute to talent development and team success.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals; build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors; support sales and business development goals.
• Coordinate with internal mitigation, reconstruction, and contents teams and manage subcontractor and trade partner relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Prepare and process all project-related documentation, estimates, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, AP/AR, payroll, and cost forecasts.
• Utilize software tools such as Procore, HH2, and Microsoft Office for efficient project management, moisture-mapping documentation, and reporting.
• Track job progress, monitor drying equipment placement and readings, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports using Procore and moisture-monitoring software.

Our ideal Project Manager candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or 6+ years of experience in construction-related industry preferred
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring project teams preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service experience required; business development skills and experience are a plus.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Procore to track job progress, manage equipment inspections, and generate daily reports.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and profitability targets.
• Valid driver's license
