Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Los Angelas 557 operations. You will lead safety programs, coordinate with field teams, and drive project schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, a degree in Construction Management or related field, OSHA certification, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and Word. We offer ESOP, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or comparable field.
• Ability to diagnose key information, recognize profitability risks, and navigate projects to successful outcomes.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings for PCI's scope of work.
• Self-starter with initiative, time management and organization skills.
• OSHA Certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for branch and projects.
• Create and manage punch lists proactively.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Develop and implement job schedules with field supervisors.
• Monitor labor control and adjust to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M's.
• Assist in subcontractor buyout and manage change orders.
• Complete monthly FAWs for assigned projects.
• Maintain positive customer relations and align with Customer Alignment Plan.
