Description This is seeking a Sr. Project Manager across multiple locations in Southern California, including LA and Ventura. This role involves overseeing the capital design and construction projects to meet compliance and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of construction management experience and a relevant Bachelor's degree. The position includes a salary range of $155,000 - $180,000 and various benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction project management experience, managing multiple projects.
• Prior DSA experience and knowledge of DSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee District’s capital design and construction projects from design to close-out.
• Plan and coordinate activities of designated projects to meet goals within time and budget.
• Conduct periodic job walks to ensure contract performance and quality.
