Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of commercial construction management/operations experience.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to diagnose profitability risks and navigate projects to favorable outcomes.
• Proficiency in reading specifications and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for branch and projects.
• Prepare RFI's, submittals and shop drawings; manage QA/QC per program.
• Create/manage punch lists and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, foremen, and vendors to maximize productivity.
• Control labor and manage subcontractor buyouts, change orders, and costs.
• Ensure timely project scheduling and effective communication of issues.
