Actalent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide and support PMs and team leads, enforce rules, and maintain strong client communication for projects in Lexington, KY. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial construction.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Experience managing projects in the Lexington/Kentucky market.
• Fundamental understanding of managing schedules, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, subcontractors, self-performed work, and safety.
• Experience managing diverse projects ranging from $5K to $20 million.
• Full life cycle project management knowledge (from estimating through completion).

• Guide and support project managers and team leads.
• Enforce company and project rules.
• Maintain strong communication with clients.
• Ensure projects are built according to plans and contracts.
• Manage project budget and financial updates.
• Keep schedule current with input from team and subcontractors.
