Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of design-build construction experience.
• Proficient with project scheduling and reporting software.
• Strong safety and training knowledge.
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to translate broad direction into detailed plans.
• Ability to supervise and lead employees and subcontractors.
• Experience maintaining project budgets and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of construction operations and personnel.
• Plan, schedule, and direct site activities with subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity; manage progress reporting.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on budgets and resources.
• Maintain project drawings and documentation.
• Develop two-week look-ahead schedules and ensure timely delivery.
