You will lead and deliver complex life science/technology construction projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while collaborating with diverse teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Life science or technology construction experience is required.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive construction project management services from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentor staff.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their goals.
