Qualifications

Excellent time management and organizational abilities specific to construction projects.
Solid understanding of construction project management methodologies.
Exceptional communication with construction stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction project teams to deliver high quality projects on time and within budget.
Develop construction project plans including timelines, resource allocation and budget.
Monitor project progress and adjust to ensure successful completion.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and alignment within the industry.
Identify and manage project risks, issues and changes.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures.
