Job summary

CornerstoneConcilium seeks an experienced Project Manager with construction background to oversee multiple projects in New York. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and scope compliance, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of PM experience in construction. PMP certification is preferred and proficiency with Procore or PlanGrid is a plus. Location in NYC is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Develop construction project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget specific to construction projects.
• Monitor construction project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate with construction stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment within the construction industry.
• Identify and manage construction project risks, issues, and changes.
• Ensure compliance with construction project management standards and procedures.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience with construction project management tools such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
