Job summary

Pike Construction Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial and residential construction projects in the Syracuse market. You will guide projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and schedule execution.

You will manage large field teams, coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors, and drive decisions that keep projects on track and within бюджет.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in commercial building, mixed-use, residential, multifamily construction.
• Experience leading large field teams and cross-functional project staff.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project financials knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple active construction projects and building phases simultaneously.
• Oversee projects from planning through final turnover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Drive decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Manage large project teams across multiple buildings and active job sites.
• Create accountability, communication, and alignment across stakeholders.
