The Pike Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in the Binghamton market. This role requires a proven construction leader who can manage multiple buildings while guiding large field teams.

You will balance people, budgets, schedules, and client expectations to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, while fostering strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong experience in commercial, mixed-use, and residential building projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple buildings or concurrent project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple active construction projects and building phases simultaneously.
• Oversee projects from planning through final turnover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Drive decision-making and problem-solving across the project lifecycle.
