You will lead project teams, develop budgets and schedules, negotiate contracts, and drive quality, profitability, and timely receivables across multiple projects.

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Contract values from $10M to $100M+.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Proliance.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop contacts and build relationships with potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage project profitability.
• Lead design development, budget preparation and schedules.
• Supervise project teams and procurement of subcontracts.
• Present to owners/clients and manage key negotiations.
• Oversee accounts receivable and warranty resolution.
• Ensure timely project administration and reporting.
