Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major Dallas projects. You will manage project teams, oversee design and budgets, and drive profitability across $10–$100M+ contracts.

Expect client negotiations, schedule management and close coordination with design and procurement. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years PM experience, a construction management or engineering degree, and proficiency in MS Project and Proliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of project management experience on contracts valued from $10–$100M+.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or construction engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Proliance is required.
• Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control and design management.

Responsibilities

• Develop contacts and rapidly build relationships with potential customers.
• Negotiate and define terms of construction contracts with clients.
• Ensure high quality, design and profitability on assigned projects.
• Oversee receivables collection and warranty resolution.
• Carry out general team administration duties and scheduling.
• Lead or participate in owner/client presentations and negotiations.
• Oversee design development, budget prep and project scheduling.
• Supervise project engineering staff and assistants as needed.
• Develop procurement strategy, bid documents and subcontract awards.
