Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 8-10 years of construction-related PM/QA/Estimator experience with GC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Experience with government industrial construction projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the Project Superintendent.
• Prepare project start-up activities and organize contract documents.
• Develop construction schedules with input from subs and Project Superintendent.
• Manage project budgets and change orders.
• Oversee subcontractor coordination meetings and RFI/PR documentation.
• Assist in on-site quality control and safety procedures.
• Prepare and distribute owner payment applications and submittals.
• Maintain project logs (RFI, FRP, COR, Submittal, Document Control).
• Support project close-out activities and ensure contractual compliance.
