Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years of construction project management experience in GC environment.
• Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office; capable of using scheduling software.
• Experience creating and managing construction schedules with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the project's assigned Superintendent.
• Prepare project construction schedules with input from subcontractors.
• Manage contract documents and budget alignment with the project's scope.
• Issue subcontracts and manage change orders and budget revisions.
• Maintain project logs (RFI, COR, Submittal, etc.) in PM software.
• Attend QC meetings with Owner/End User; support on-site safety procedures.
• Oversee RFI/Proposal processing and owner payment applications.
• Close-out projects in accordance with Syncon training and procedures.
