Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, including leadership of complex or multi phase projects.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, clients, and cross functional teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive level communication skills.
• Highly developed organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven expertise in managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk at a senior level.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Serve as strategic project lead, aligning with executive leadership.
• Develop plans with timelines, budgets, procurement strategies, and resources for multiple projects.
• Direct and mentor project teams, including internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and vendors to allocate resources.
• Drive change management and approve changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Report performance with dashboards and KPIs; provide executive updates.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation; resolve issues impacting success.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Oversee project documentation, including summaries and financial updates.
• Lead client meetings, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Guide delegation of tasks based on team strengths and development goals.
• Monitor progress to meet short- and long-term objectives.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the organization.
