Job summary

Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Leader for our Phoenix area office. The role combines high-level design leadership with client engagement, business development, and project delivery across facilities, battery, and semiconductor sectors.

The position is hybrid in Scottsdale with 3 days in the office. A PE license and 10+ years of hands-on civil experience are required, along with strong communication and networking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; eager to obtain licensure in working state.
• PE license and 10+ years of hands-on experience.
• Site-civil land development: layout, grading/drainage, utility design, erosion control.
• Strong networking skills; solid grasp of the local business scene.
• Excellent communication; articulate design decisions to clients.
• Valid driver's license; waiver possible for international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Design independent engineering solutions for projects.
• Engage with clients in meetings; represent the firm and align project strategy.
• Develop relationships with land/economic developers to grow markets.
• Lead planning and coordination of medium to large projects; budget/schedule oversight.
• Provide expert guidance and share specialized knowledge.
• Supervise and mentor mid-level talent; address objectives and challenges.
• Ensure client satisfaction with project updates and outcomes.
• Travel 0-15%.
