Job summary

Walbec Group in the Midwest seeks a senior project manager to oversee development and daily operations of their territory and customer base. You will build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, clients, and potential partners while guiding high-profile projects from concept to completion.

You may mentor junior engineers and project managers, manage bidding, risk, and scheduling, and promote safety and Walbec values on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8–10 years PM experience in construction or manufacturing
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Working knowledge of DOT guidelines and regulations
• Experience in training and mentoring individuals

Responsibilities

• Lead project management operations in territory and client base
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior PEs/PMs
• Bid and manage high-profile, time-critical projects
• Maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, clients and partners
• Promote safety and Walbec values on site
