Walbec Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development and day-to-day operations of their territory and client base. You will build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers while guiding high-profile projects from inception through completion.

The role requires substantial experience in construction or manufacturing, along with a strong emphasis on safety, leadership, and mentoring of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of DOT guidelines and regulations.
• Experience in training and mentoring individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead on worksites and uphold safety standards.
• Manage overall PM operations for assigned territory or client base.
• Oversee highly important projects and complex bids.
• Mentor and supervise less-experienced PEs/PMs.
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
