Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and fiscal management principles.
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety regulations and a history of safety excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate vendor pricing, contract scopes, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from estimating turnover through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely.
• Manage project buyout, ensuring alignment between contract documents and budgets.
• Oversee financial performance of projects, including audits and trend analysis.
• Prepare and oversee Schedule of Values and monthly billings.
• Mentor and train Project Managers and Assistant PMs assigned to projects.

Skills

Strong construction experience in drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling trades.

OSHA 30-hour certification (completed or enrolled).

Proven leadership experience managing multiple projects and developing team members.

Strong understanding of construction safety regulations.

Experience in project buyout, estimating practices, and cost control management.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software systems.
