Qualifications

• Strong construction experience in the required trades.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (completed or enrolled).
• Proven understanding of construction safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects.
• Lead project turnover and kickoff meetings with teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets and fiscal performance.
• Review contracts and approve financial documents.
• Coordinate resources for efficient project execution.
• Enforce safety standards and address jobsite risks.
• Monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build strong relationships with General Contractors.
