Job summary

Arc Building Partners in Buffalo, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major construction programs. You will direct planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, and on-site leadership to ensure safe, on-time delivery of complex projects.

You will mentor teams, coordinate clients and trade partners, maintain quality standards, and report progress to executives while upholding CMAA/LCI standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management or field experience on complex projects.
• Certification such as CMAA, LCI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for large-scale construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, owners, design teams, and trade partners to align priorities and resolve constraints.
• Mentor project teams, manage document control, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across delivery.
