Job summary

MACC in Armonk, NY is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large and multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty. You will oversee planning, budgets, schedules, procurement, design coordination, and client satisfaction while mentoring junior staff.

You will drive project delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control, coordinating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/Architecture required; Master’s is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Proven record delivering $20M+ projects; $50M+ projects preferred.
• Experience across commercial, healthcare, higher ed, multifamily, life sciences, or tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of large construction projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, cash flow, and resource plans.
• Oversee procurement, bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Manage design and permitting processes with stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and track action items; mitigate risks and controls.
