Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects valued at $25M–$70M and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Organize and participate in meetings with owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Prepare contracts and change orders promptly and accurately.
• Communicate monthly variance reports to management and owners.
• Oversee safety, staffing, and adherence to contract documents across all phases.
• Foster strong owner relationships to drive repeat business and successful closeouts.
