Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in multifamily and commercial construction.
• Successfully managed multiple projects to completion with values from $10M to $60M.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and solve challenges on assigned projects.
• Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team with responsibility for budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, and owner/subcontractor relationships.
• Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Prepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashion.
• Prepare and communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to management.
• Oversee all phases of construction, including safety, staffing, and ensuring work aligns with contract documents and budgets.
• Foster partnerships with owners to leverage repeat business and maintain strong client relations.
• Produce and assist in close-out documentation.
