Dream Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial projects through the full design-build lifecycle. You will be the trusted contact for owners, providing clear feedback to design teams and taking responsibility for schedule, budget, and quality.

The role targets a proactive, relationship-driven builder ready for larger, more complex work and eager to help develop the next generation of project leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–15 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven track record managing projects valued between $3M and $40M.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial projects across all phases: design development, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Collaborate with design teams and consultants to align with owner goals, budget, and constructability.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and clients, maintaining transparent communication throughout each project.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts; identify risks and implement solutions.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, change orders, and procurement.
• Coordinate with superintendents, estimators, and field teams to uphold quality, safety, and schedule commitments.
• Utilize project management software (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) to track docs, submittals, RFIs, and progress.
• Weigh risks and make decisions to protect project, client, and company.
• Mentor project engineers and assistant PMs as needed.
