Job description

Dream Company

Leadership here believes in giving people room to build something of their own, rather than managing from the top down. The culture is collaborative and relationship driven, with a leadership team that stays genuinely accessible and invested in the people who work there. Teams lean on decades of shared industry experience and support one another through wins and challenges alike. It is an organization where trust is earned quickly and hard work does not go unnoticed.

Dream Job

This is a chance to take ownership of an established, growing market and shape its next chapter, rather than simply maintaining what already exists. The right candidate will diversify a strong but currently concentrated client base, build new relationships, and win new construction business across the region. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the role comes with real autonomy and a clear path to grow a market from the ground up. It is best suited to a business development driven leader who wants to build, not just manage.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the financial management of projects, including identifying new business opportunities, preparing bids, and negotiating and finalizing contracts
  • Build and strengthen relationships in the market while maximizing opportunities with existing clients

  • Develop, implement, and execute a strategic business plan, including achievement of assigned financial and client satisfaction metrics
  • Engage with local business and community organizations to promote a positive public image and build business relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and market conditions relevant to the division
  • Coordinate with other locations and senior leaders to discuss and resolve common challenges
  • Hold overall responsibility for construction job costs, customer satisfaction, and team commitment to quality and company values
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members, using recognition and motivation approaches suited to each individual
