Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Project Executive to drive the leadership team, directing day-to-day management of the project, creating plans, guiding timelines and resources, and championing project goals with the team.

You will manage risk, lead meetings, develop staff, report monthly status, ensure safety, and support new work through proposals, grounded in Clark's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field and relevant construction experience.
• 10+ years of construction experience, with general contractor background preferred.
• 6+ years leading and developing teams; ability to manage large projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of strategic, operational, and financial project components.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Ensure permits and insurance coverage for subcontractors; coordinate project meetings.
• Lead, train and develop project team members; prepare monthly status reports.
• Drive safety culture on the project site and foster owner/engineering relationships.
• Support new work acquisition through proposals and presentations; manage project close-out.
